Here at Shoko everything is made to order, this gives you the choice to customise our clothing to your own liking, but it also means that manufacturing time varies and can sometimes take up to 3 weeks.
*UPS EXPRESS: This means that as soon as the parcel is shipped, it will take one working day to arrive at its destination. It has nothing to do with the time it takes to make the clothes.
*All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
-All international orders are delivered via postal services (ELTA). Tracking is available on parcels over 0,7 kg.
-International orders that include pre-ordered items, will be held until the pre-ordered items are available to ship.
-Please note the time frame given is an estimated shipping window and shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances.
-Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays (Christmas, Easter, bank holidays).
-All orders placed and paid after 2:00 pm (excluding orders placed on weekends or holidays) will be processed within the next day.
